How do I request additional ID cards and wall certificates?

All Certified Diplomates can expect to receive their wall certificate and ID card within  4-6 weeks of their certification date. If  wall certificate and ID card have not been received within 10 weeks of the certification/recertification date, Diplomates must contact the NCCAOM at info@thenccaom.org immediately to ensure the availability of USPS shipment tracking.

Notifications to NCCAOM concerning lost certificates and/or ID cards after 12 weeks from the certification/recertification date cannot be tracked and Diplomates are responsible for purchasing replacement documents.
