How do I view my PDA points that have been reported to NCCAOM?
FollowPDA points for Approved courses are being reported by PDA Providers directly to Diplomates’ Recertification Transcripts. Diplomates are able to monitor their Recertification Transcript throughout the Recertification cycle. To access and view the Recertification Transcript, Diplomate must:
- Login to the NCCAOM Certification account,
- Scroll down to the “Recertification” section,
- Click the “Details” link on the right-hand side in the “Action” column.
Next screen will open the Recertification Transcript view. There are 3 distinct areas on the transcript, see image below:
- Section 1 outlines the recertification cycle details such as cycle start and end dates, CE remaining, and the date recertification application becomes available.
- Section 2 reflects the recertification requirements, how much has been completed, how much is still due, and the total progress for each domain area.
- Section 3 reflects all courses that have been completed and reported to the date. The course date, course title, course category, and PDA points are listed for each course. Please note that courses indicating more than one category on the certificate of completion are reported in each category separately.
For information on why PDA points sometimes are not reported to the Recertification Transcript see the following article: Why don’t I see PDA points for completed courses on my NCCAOM account?
