If you are providing PDA courses and your password is not working for account login, please do the following:
- Access the PDA Provider portal.
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you are applying to be certified or an existing Diplomate that does NOT offer courses and can't login, reference the following article instead:
