I am a PDA provider and can't remember password / have account login issues.
FollowIf you are providing PDA courses and your password is not working for account login, please do the following:
- Click here for the ‘Forgot Password’ page and enter the email address you have on file with us.
- Check your email for this message and don't forget to check the Junk folder which sometimes happens.
- If you aren't receiving the forgot password email, send us a message or call us (888-381-1140) during normal business hours (Monday - Thursday from 9AM to 5PM and Friday from 9AM to 4 PM. (Eastern Standard Timezone)
