What does the error message "Session is already active" mean?
Click the power symbol button in the top right corner of the current certificate you have open. If you do not have a certificate open currently, please close out the entire browser page (not just tabs), then reopen the certificate you are trying to access one more time. If you are still not able to access it, please email us.
