I have an Annual Discounted Review Package (ADR Package) – how come my courses are not being renewed?
Please keep in mind that purchasing an ADR package does not renew courses automatically; individual courses must be renewed 90 days or less prior to the course expiration date. If the course 90-day renewal period falls within the ADR Package’s active period, the course will be renewed under the active ADR package without incurring an additional fee.
